4. Purpose of processing personal data

Information necessary for managing and maintaining customer relations is gathered in the register.

5. Data included in the register

Customer’s personal data: name, address, telephone number, email address.

6. Regular data sources

The data is collected into the register during various stages of customer lifecycle.

7. Regular sending of data

Information may be disclosed only within Kaski.

8. Forwarding of data outside the EU or EEA.

Information is not forwarded outside the EU or EEA.

9. Principles of protecting the register

A) Paper materials
When manually processed data is added to the registry or printed out, it is stored in a protected manner. Unnecessary materials are safely destroyed in accordance with data retention decisions and regulations.

B) Electronic data processing
Data is collected in databases protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means. Databases and their backups are located in enclosed spaces and access to data is restricted to certain predefined individuals.

10. Control right

Under Article 29 of the Finnish Personal Data Act (HetiL), a registered person has the right to verify his or her data in the register. The application must be addressed to the party referred to in point 2.

11. Right to request correction of data

According to Article 30 of the Finnish personal data Act (HetiL), a registered person has the right to request correction of incorrect data concerning him or her in the register. The application must be addressed to the party referred to in point 2.

12. Prohibition right

A person has the right to prohibit the disclosure and processing of his or her data for direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing purposes.

13. Deletion of data

Personal data entered in the register shall be reviewed regularly and deleted if there is no legal basis for the retention thereof.
