Kaski Villa series doors are suitable for a wide range of homes. Doors shall comply with the thermal insulation requirements for residential buildings with a U-value of 1.0 or less.
Door leaf frame is made of laminated pine with a minimum of branch points. Door frame thickness – 74 mm. In door with glazing is 3-glass package included. Door frame is made of branchless pine, and the threshold is made of oiled birch with teak shading and aluminium protective strip.
The door is equipped with 4 adjustable anti-theft hinges, 3 hinges for doors lower than 2,050 mm and 2 hinges for doors lower than 1,890 mm. Abloy LC102 door lock with backplate LP711.
Frame size options – 130 mm un 170 mm. It is also possible to order an Assa 8765 lock with Assa 1889-11 backplate.

All adhesives and surface treatments are water-based and environmentally friendly.
Surface treatment options include protective treatments or hearing paint treatments.
We do not offer a surface finish guarantee for repainted wooden doors.
