Construction of Kaski exterior and balcony doors
Strongest hinge fixing point on the market (34 mm). Durable frame (53 mm) makes installation easy.

We give the exterior doors the longest warranty on the market – 12 years for the door sheet form, 10 years for the glass, 5 years of function warranty for the doors and frame and 5 years against production defects.
Triple insulation glass with TGI spacer.
The only triple door sheet surface treatment on the market. Triple surface treatment provides improved moisture resistance and colour layer quality. As standard solution, HDF-coated doors are white; other colours are available if desired.
Wear-resistant threshold (25 mm), material – oiled birch wood. The front edge of the threshold and the wear protection strip are made of durable aluminium.
With a special wide seal for better insulation, also on the threshold.
1.0 for standard design, the total thickness of the door sheet is 62 mm and the U-value is always 1.0 or less. Thermally insulated doors have a total door leaf thickness of 86 mm, which is about 30% more than standards. The thermal insulation structure achieves a U-value of up to 0.6.

Kaski doors are manufactured using the latest technology and only carefully selected and tested materials. The door manufacturing process is designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
The surface of the door leaf is made of weather-resistant HDF sheet, with an additional aluminum sheet that ensures durability. The door structure is made of long-jointed pine, combined with plywood. In the standard construction, the total door thickness is 62 mm, for Thermo doors 86 mm. Polystyrene EPS acts as insulation.
All our front doors have a double seal, both in the door box and in the door leaf. Frame (53 mm) made of painted pine. A 25 mm tinted birch threshold with an aluminum profile meets accessibility requirements if the lower surface of the threshold is installed at floor level.
Height and side adjustable anti-burglary hinges 4 pcs., 3 pcs. for doors whose height does not exceed 2050 mm, and 2 pcs. for doors whose height does not exceed 1890 mm. All front doors are standardly equipped with – ASSA 8765 lock, but it is also possible to complete with ASSA 2002 or LC102.
All Classic collection doors are also available without decorative engraving, i.e. with smooth surfaces on both sides.
Kaski Classic collection doors with glass, the standard package includes crepe glass, but it is also possible to make with satin, transparent “klar” glass, cotswold or cathedral glass.
