Can the Kaski doors be bought with two colours?
- Yes, our doors are also available in two-colour versions.
Can the Kaski doors be made to special order?
- Yes, within the available sizes. For example, the maximum height of a Kaski door is 2,290 mm and the maximum width is 1,290 mm. The minimum and maximum measurements differ depending on the model.
Can I buy a Kaski door with smooth surface without the milled pattern?
- All doors with milled pattern can be ordered without the said pattern. Images of the smooth-surface doors are also available on our website.
What is the difference between 1.0 and Thermo (insulated) doors?
- The U-value of the 1.0 doors is 1.0 or lower, the thickness of the door sheet is 62 mm. The thickness of the Thermo doors is 86 mm and their U-value is always below 0.8 (even 0.6).
Where can I find the U-values of the doors?
- The U-values are presented in the performance declarations. Specific information on the specific door model is available upon contacting us.
Can all doors be fire-proof and/or sound-proof?
- The fire- and sound-related characteristics are indicated on the website with the respective icons (flame and earphones).
What is the warranty granted for Kaski doors?
- 12 years of warranty for the door sheet form
- 10 years for glass – (condensation between glasses) insulation glass
- 5 years of function warranty for the door and structure
- 5 years of warranty against production defects
In which colours are the doors available? Can I choose the colour I want?
- Kaski doors can be ordered in all tones of the RAL Classic and NCS charts.
Which door accessories are available?
- We have availability for various accessories, e.g. anti-theft bars, door closers, doorbells and peepholes. See more under “Accessories.”
Do you have double doors?
- All models are also available as double doors. The maximum width of double doors is 1,990 mm and the minimum width is 1,290 mm.
What are the available frame depths?
- The available door frame depths are 115, 130 and 170 mm.
Where can I buy Kaski doors?
- Kaski doors can be bought directly from our factory by writing to pasutijumi@kaski.lv
The door I have selected has a blow protection plate, but I do not want it. Can I order a door without the blow protection plate?
- All models are available without the blow protection plate. Please remember to specify it when ordering a door.

How are the products packaged and how should I store them?
- The doors are packaged and protected during transport with a pallet and protective plastic. These packaging materials are not meant for long-term storage in outdoor conditions. The doors must be stored in dry places on a level surface. If doors must be stored outside, be sure that the surface is level and that the door is protected against bad weather and water, and that air can move between the protective covers and the door. During storage, the door may be kept on the pallet.
Can the door height be adjusted as necessary?
- The door height can be adjusted. In such case, determine and send us the measurements as measured from the top of the frame to the bottom edge of the door.
What are the measurements for balcony doors?
- The height of the balcony doors is 1,820–2,290 mm and width 690–990 mm. The width of double doors is 1,390–1,910 mm.
Do you have railing, roller blinds and venetian blinds available for balcony doors?
- These are available for balcony doors. The railing for the balcony door is fixed.
How are the doors packaged and how should they be stored?

Where are Kaski doors made?
- Kaski products are manufactured in Milzkalne, Latvia.
- Products made to order are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery times are clarified upon placing the order.
- The warranty for our exterior doors is 12 years. Our warranty for the structure and material is 5 years.
